Customer Reviews: Not reliable DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! February 12, 2010 subwayrat 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
DO NOT BUY THIS SNOW BLOWER Do yourselves a favor and stick to brand names. Just got through almost 6 feet of snow in southern new jersey in 1 week and went to use this blower for the first time(It was brand new) and and hour in to use it stopped propelling itself and I was unable to use it. I felt like an idiot cause all my neighbors owned craftsman and toro blowers. I just finished shoveling for 2 days thanks to snow joe or should I say snow blow. Also customer service rep. could care less and didn't even apologize for his companies junk product. Had to send it in for service and pay someone $60 to pick it up because it isn't covered under their warranty. Now I guess im stuck with it. What else is going to breakdown....Buyers be warned!!!!!
